Padscanner collects publicly available rental listings, scores them against a brief you write, and helps you track the ones you like. It is a research and organization tool.

It is not a broker, a landlord, or an agent. We do not list property, negotiate leases, hold deposits, or represent you in any transaction.

Listing details — price, availability, photographs, amenities, and broker contact information — originate from third-party sources and may be out of date, incomplete, or wrong. Scores are generated by an automated model and are opinions, not advice.

Verify anything that matters directly with the listing agent before acting on it. We are not liable for decisions you make based on what you see here.

Accounts are invite-only. Keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under it.

Do not scrape padscanner, resell its output, attempt to access other users' data, or use it to break any law — including fair-housing law.

Listing content and photographs remain the property of their respective owners. Every listing links to its original source page. If you own listing content and want it removed, email hello@padscanner.net.

Padscanner is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. We aim to give notice before anything that would lose your data.

You can stop using padscanner and request deletion of your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
